Single or double entry visa for visiting Japan for a spouse or a child of Japanese national who is residing in Cambodia

This visa is eligible for a foreign spouse, legally married to Japanese national who has a long-term residency and employment in Cambodia, and a child of Japanese national. In principle, it is limited to those who are living together with Japanese national.
It is for single or double entry with each period of stay within 90 days.

Please note that your application will not be accepted if there are any missing documents. 

Note:
• During the visa process, the applicant may be requested to submit additional documents deemed necessary.
• Documents to be submitted should be in A4 size.
• The duration of the issued document should be within 3 months from the date of issue, and be submitted within its validity period.

Required documents

Documents prepared by applicant

(1)   Valid passport
          Should have at least 2 blank pages for visa
(2)   Copy of passport
          Only bio-date page (printed on A4 paper)
(3)   Visa application form
           Affix 1x photo(4.5cm×3.5cm, white background)
           If there is any omission in the description, it will be not accepted
(4)   Documents that prove current residency
           Such as certificate of residence issued by local authority, apartment contract etc.
          
 Applicant's name must be indicated
(5)  Schedule of stay
          Daily activities from the date of arrival to the date of departure written by each day, arriving and departing flight information (if already fixed), place of stay (name,  its address and contact number).

 (6)  Cambodian long-term multiple-entry visaforeigner work permit, and passport copy
 (7)  Documents that prove current residency
           Such as certificate of residence issued by local authority, apartment contract etc.
          
 Applicant's name must be indicated
 (8)  Japanese family register 'Kosekitohon'
 (9)  Letter of reason (if applicant doesn’t live together with Japanese national)

 (11)  A copy of bank book or bank statement or salary payment documents
