Supplementary documents for foreign nationals

◇ Basic documents required for visa application

Please submit the following supplementary documents for foreign nationals residing in Cambodia in addition to basic documents.
*Eligible applicant is limited to those who hold Cambodian visa for long-term stay (a multiple entry with validity of 1 year and above).

・ Foreigner work permit card
It is not needed for those who hold a visa that does not require to obtain work permit.
・ Certificate of employment
Stating position, salary amount, tenure, vacation period.

In addition to above-mentioned documents, please submit the following supporting documents according to your nationality.

◇ Nationals of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova

・ 2 x Visa application form
With photo affixed on each form

◇ Nationals of People's Republic of China

・ Hotel reservation sheets
・ Air ticket confirmation sheets
