a. When applicant pays for the travel expenses by himself/herself
- Certificate of Income or Savings Account Pass Book or Bank Account Balance sheet
b. When the travel is sponsored by the guarantor
- Letter of Guarantee (Form can be downloaded)
- Letter of Reason for invitation (Form can be downloaded)
- Tax payment Certificate, Bank Account Balance Sheet, Income Tax Return, Certificate of Income
- Resident Card
- (In case the guarantor is an alien)
Alien Registration Certificate and a copy of the passport

- Certificate of Corporation (Registration or Company/Organization's profile)

- Business invitation letter
- Business contract
- Papers for business deal
VISITING RELATIVE (Khmer Version)・ Valid Passport
・ An application form with applicant’s photo affixed (Form can be downloaded )
・ Round trip air ticket or a booking confirmation slip/sheet)
・ Documents certifying the family relationship such as a Family Record Book, or a Residence Card, or a Certified Extract Copy of Birth Certificate
・ Supporting documents for travel expenses
a. When applicant pays for the travel expenses by himself/herself
- Certificate of Income or Savings Account Pass Book or Bank Account Balance sheet
b. When the travel is sponsored by the guarantor
- Letter of Guarantee (Form downloaded)
- Letter of Reason for invitation (Form downloaded)
- Tax payment Certificate, Bank Account Balance Sheet, Income Tax Return, Certificate of Income
- Guarantor's Resident Card or,
- (in case the guarantor is an alien)
Alien Registration and a copy of the passport.
- The applicant(s) is/are requested to submit visa application at least one week before departure date.
- During the visa process, as required by the Embassy, the guarantor as well as the applicant(s) might be asked to provide additional document(s).
